It was a complete waist of time.

Whew… three days, 19 different draft-related threads, and a total of 2,178 comments.
Needless to say, I’m burned out on draft talk now. So instead, I’m gonna write about music. I read an article the other day about underrated Aerosmith songs; therefore, here are my Top 5 lesser known tracks by Aerosmith, in chronological order:
Honorable mention goes to “Road Runner” (Honkin’ On Bobo, 2004), but I didn’t include it because it’s a cover song.

Hi! There’s gonna be a lot of threads this weekend. We’ve got rounds 4-7 of the draft, plus all of our picks, plus an eventual UDFA tracker. However, I think we should devote this particular thread to making jokes about Shedeur Sanders.

I thought it would be interesting to look at the past few drafts and see which players are still with the Texans, those who signed elsewhere, and those who are out of football altogether. Looks like Nick has been pretty solid so far (starters in italics)…

Okay guys, here’s the deal: My wife and I are gonna be out tonight, which mean’s I’ll have to pre-set all the threads. Obviously that means I can’t put player names in our pick threads (because I’m not Miss Cleo), and it also means I won’t be able to make any adjustments in case of trades, so I’m gonna need some help to keep things working smoothly. As of now, the following threads are scheduled:
So like I said, I’m gonna need y’all to adapt a little bit. If we keep all our picks, then everything will be fine the way it is, and I can just fill in the names later (although I should be able to handle R2 P34 on my phone, since the event we’re going to doesn’t start until 7:00pm). But for instance, if we package a couple of our third-rounders to trade back into the second, please just use the first available third round thread, and I’ll fix the title later on. Also, if there end up being unused pick threads, just leave them blank and I’ll delete them later (and so forth). And somebody please help everyone migrate. Doesn’t Boyce usually do it during our game threads? Whatever. Anyway, hopefully this works out.
All that being said, I don’t personally see a lot of OL prospects ranked in the range of pick #34. So I could see us picking up either Jayden Higgins or Luther Burden III as our WR2, or maybe TreVeyon Henderson as our RB of the future. Of course, we could also go totally bananas and take Mike Green from Marshall to terrorize QBs alongside Anderson and Hunter. Oh, and for what it’s worth, ESPN says the comp for Jayden Higgins is Nico Collins, the comp for Luther Burden is Stefon Diggs, and the comp for Mike Green is Will Anderson.

Well folks, the 2025 NFL Draft is here at last. I told my wife that I’d be pretty indisposed tonight watching the picks and managing the threads. She said that was fine, as long as I told everyone how beautiful she is (and yes, she’s an absolute smoke show). Obviously, I would have said that anyway, but hey… two birds, one stone, right? Anyway, the fun begins at 7:00pm tonight. BE THERE!
