Weekend Thread

Since the brand new Women’s Pro Baseball League played their first few games this week, last night my wife wanted to watch the 1992 comedy classic A League of Their Own starring Tom Hanks and Geena Davis. As always, it’s such a good movie. Funny, heartwarming, endlessly quotable (“There’s no crying in baseball!”). And Jimmy Dugan may be one of Tom Hank’s top-five greatest roles.
